This role supports one of BOC's most crucial customer portfolios, the Healthcare customer base, across Australia and New Zealand.
What you will enjoy doing
You will ensure the needs of this critical customer base are met for pricing, orders, deliveries, and product recommendations & information. Provide professional customer support by delivering correct and relevant information that resolves customer inquiries. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash process to manage EDI related tasks, addressing issues stemming from pricing, orders, deliveries, and invoicing errors. Work closely with customers, major account executives, and account owners to resolve root causes of errors causing EDI failures, ensuring orders are processed through to invoicing seamlessly. Liaise with the broader customer service team to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels. Resolve customer inquiries by clarifying their requirements, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution. You possess advanced verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SalesForce, SAP, and Microsoft Office 365. Strong influencing and time management skills with the ability to manage tasks to a high standard within agreed timeframes. 1+ years of customer service experience is required.
