Reporting directly to the Customer Service Leader. The Customer Service Delivery Specialist will support efforts to ensure customer service excellence for the execution of Wabtec maintenance and service contracts to ensure contractual obligations and operational objectives are achieved for LTPA and Parts customers in Western Australia. This role will support the strengthening of customer loyalty that fosters a long-term partnership predominantly with Fortescue and Roy Hill. This role will be based in Perth to assist with providing coordination, direction and assistance to all executed contracts and provide internal support and assistance for any new opportunities that achieve desired customer outcomes and deliver financial outcomes to the business. This role will report to the Customer Service Leader - WA.Where is the position located? This is a full-time role based in Perth CBD, WA.What will your typical day look like?Support existing contract administration to ensure a seamless implementation and adherence to contractual Terms & Conditions;Work with the team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction;Work with team by providing inputs for the development of estimates and forecasts for internal financial reporting periods;Internally report and communicate project updates;Assist in the definition and management of new proposals that meet the customers' requirements;Function as a liaison between internal organizations and customer for assigned contracts;Help provide inputs for monthly reporting on performance criteria and customer monthly meeting;Some Day-to-Day ERP Transactions to ensure timely tracking, monitoring and compliance of invoicing, stock holdings and materials management;Work with the team to track KPI performance;Develop and assist with planning of rotables with Material & Logistics Specialists.What do we want to know about you?Minimum of 3 years' experience working within the engineering industryAbility to manage effectively several projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems with customer focusBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferredProven ability to deliver services and projects to satisfy customer and contractual requirementsEffective problem identification and solution skillsCustomer service mindsetStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.Who are we?
