Our client, a leading general insurer with over 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry and one that prides itself on its service delivery to its customers is looking to grow their current Customer Service team!

In this role you will manage service and sales enquiries through multiple channels to assist new and existing customers whilst collaborating with internal departments to deliver on business goals and objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:
Provide high level customer support and solutions to new and existing customers!
Process customer quotes, payments, renewals and account activations
Customer retention by sourcing solutions that meet customer needs
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure business strategies and processes are met
Adhering to set business targets and goals
The successful candidate will have:
Call Centre and/or customer service experience essential
Insurance industry knowledge highly regarded.
High level communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
You will be rewarded with the opportunity to work from home. Working a rotational roster between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your customer service experience and bring it into a supportive and successful team!
