ABOUT THE ROLE As a team member of our Gepps Cross Retail Customer Service Centre (CSC) team your role will include: Telephone customer service and sales Providing exceptional customer service Keying of orders Liaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams Regular communication and interaction with store managers The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes: Previous experience in customer service or internal sales Excellent data entry skills Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Previous experience in a busy Call Centre would be very favourably looked upon Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates We welcome applicants looking for either Full Time or Permanent Part-Time hours to apply.
