We are looking for an exceptional customer relations superstar who: is passionate about what you do and the important role that you play in the business will provide the best possible first impression to future families can work closely with our services to achieve enrolment goals Key Responsibilities will include: Accepting, contacting, and managing incoming leads Assisting our services achieve increased occupancy levels through lead nurturing and management Assisting new families with information about Sparrow Early Learning and booking tours Maintaining Customer Relations systems and processes to enhance the customer's experience Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the business, fees, policies, and programs as well as an understanding of how this information impacts our families and centres Conducting waitlist reviews and assisting with opening vacancies Providing system training to our service and support staff Ensuring all information recorded internally and on 3rd party platforms is accurate Providing general administrative responsibilities What you'll need: Previous experience in an in-bound call Customer Relations role Knowledge of the Early Childhood Education industry - previous experience in Childcare Administration or Childcare Leadership highly regarded High level of attention to detail teamed with organisational and time management skills Professional and friendly phone manner and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work within a team environment as well as working independently Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) is an advantage Experience with a CRM software Valid Working with Children/Blue card The Sparrow Benefits: Flexibility: Work from home Wednesday Financial Satisfaction: A competitive salary package will be offered to the preferred candidate Generous incentives: We offer up to 95% Childcare Discount for all staff*, Paid Birthday leave*, 4 weeks Annual Leave, access to rewarding Referral Programs Recognition: We reward outstanding efforts with our monthly recognition programs Culture: We love Team Building Celebrations!
