About the role As the Customer Permits & Agreements officer, you are responsible for the provision of excellent customer service through the issuing of permits and licenses on the Parks Victoria estate for events, filming and photography, research, and licensed tour operators.
You will be responsible for assessing, preparing, and executing permits, access agreements, and licenses, as well as any required documentation.
You will handle general inquiries and keep up-to-date with information on Parks Victoria systems.
You will ensure all permits and licenses are clearly scheduled, and Parks Victoria staff are aware of all events, research, and licensed tour operator activities occurring in the Parks Victoria estate.
Additionally, you will provide information and guidance to clients and colleagues regarding the permit process.
