This role will be responsible for end to end eCom delivery in  our first large scale automated CFC.

What you'll do   Managing daily throughput and volumes  across all areas of control to deliver in full and on time to our customers.
Lead and contribute to strategy development and performance improvement across the CFC Lead your team in building strong working relationships with external partners Manage a diverse shift based team across multiple areas within the CFC, ensuring adherence to all process and procedures Supporting the recruitment and development of  team Ability to analyse data, identify trends and prioritise issues, then make effective decisions and deploy resources as needed.
