In this newly created role, you'll drive growth of the NRMA Insurance Rewards Program (Help Hub).
You will have the opportunity to strategically plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market research, and targeting to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention, ensuring consistent, engaging messaging across channels and creating compelling collateral.
With a focus on campaign marketing, data-driven personalisation, partnerships, and performance analysis, you will enhance every step of the customer loyalty lifecycle, implementing automation strategies to streamline the journey and foster engagement and retention.To be successful in this role, you'll be able to hit the ground running and come from an agency or in-house marketing with loyalty programs experience.This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) with a mixture of working from home and in the office.ABOUT YOUExtensive experience in product marketing, preferably in a loyalty or financial services industryYou have experience working for marketing agencies and brandsDemonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retentionExperience collaborating with marketing teams to develop product messaging and go-to-market strategiesExperience acquiring new partners and developing co-branding partnership strategiesStrong understanding of marketing, including campaigns, partnerships, and brandingExcellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teamsExperience working in a fast-paced, agile environmentBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferredExperience working in loyalty programs is a plus.Applications close
