YOUR ROLE
We are excited to advertise for a permanent role in our Customer Loyalty and Payments team in Retail Insurance Australia (RIA). In this newly created role, you'll drive growth of the NRMA Insurance Rewards Program (Help Hub). You will have the opportunity to strategically plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market research, and targeting to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention, ensuring consistent, engaging messaging across channels and creating compelling collateral. With a focus on campaign marketing, data-driven personalisation, partnerships, and performance analysis, you will enhance every step of the customer loyalty lifecycle, implementing automation strategies to streamline the journey and foster engagement and retention.
To be successful in this role, you'll be able to hit the ground running and come from an agency or in-house marketing with loyalty programs experience.
This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) with a mixture of working from home and in the office.
ABOUT YOU
Extensive experience in product marketing, preferably in a loyalty or financial services industry
You have experience working for marketing agencies and brands
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Experience collaborating with marketing teams to develop product messaging and go-to-market strategies
Experience acquiring new partners and developing co-branding partnership strategies
Strong understanding of marketing, including campaigns, partnerships, and branding
Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience working in loyalty programs is a plus.
