You'll architect end-to-end solutions integrating MYOB products with other critical systems, providing strategic recommendations to optimise business operations.Engage in high-level discussions with CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs/CIOs, identifying key value drivers and pain points. Your role will be pivotal in driving MYOB's Sales and Services success by fostering senior-level relationships and offering strategic insights. Be a part of a team of MYOB product evangelists, leading cross-functional groups to deliver exceptional customer experiences.What you'll be focused on...Deliver high-quality end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex customersDocument architecture and design, balancing key objectives with budget and time constraintsEngage in meaningful conversations with prospects and customers, including high-level executives and subject matter experts.Lead business systems and solution reviews, mapping as-is situations, recommending to-be solutions, and packaging these into reports with key value-related outcomesDocument various elements such as business process maps, system landscape architecture, solution scope and design documents, transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, proposal inputs, and change management plansAct as a trusted advisor for strategic and high-potential accounts, driving business development and assisting customers in growing with MYOB's platformBuild and implement reusable intellectual property to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and accelerate time to value for customersWhat we'd love to see from you...Minimum 15 years in the industry, with at least 7 years in Solution Architecture with proven experience in leading and implementing ERP, Financial, or Business Management solutionsStrong skills in defining solution scope, end-to-end solution architecture, and solution designPreferable experience in ERP solution selling, with knowledge of Payroll and Workforce managementSkilled in coordinating and facilitating workshops with diverse groups, while closely collaborating with others to achieve desired resultsDemonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targetsAbility to translate sophisticated business requirements into actionable solutionsExperience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve joint outcomesAbility to lead cross-functional working groups towards customer outcomesOur Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
