Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Brisbane on a full-time permanent basis. This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.The core responsibilities in this role include:Providing support to national and key clientsDrawing up contracts for services offeredProcessing purchase ordersPlanning and booking technician jobs for smooth client serviceLiaising with customers on a daily basisProcessing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issuesSupporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverablesMake outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and servicesThe successful candidate will have:Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service / administration / account management)High attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsExcellent customer service skillsIntermediate computer skillsComplaint handling and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomouslyOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsLove working in a team environmentThe successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.If you're the Customer Service Superstar we're looking for, and you're looking for a supportive company culture and a great opportunity for your career, click the Apply button now to submit your resume.
