Their forward thinking approach and understanding of their market has created an opportunity to further expand their team with a Customer Care Consultant, which will be instrumental in the future success of their branch.

**As the Customer Care Consultant, you will be required to**:

- Proactively contact existing customers to rebook regular or annual services whilst striving to meet individual and branch KPI's
- Answering Inbound calls and enquiries
- Accurately obtaining and entering customer information into booking system
- Identify needs of clients and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Timely and regular follow ups with customers and potential customers.
- Provide courteous customer service and ensure timely response to all customer inquiries and requests.
- Prompt escalation of any issues that are not within the scope or ability of your authority.

- Self-Motivated and organised individual that strives to excel targets
- Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service and continual improvement of service delivery
- Demonstrated client liaison skills, with clear and positive phone manner.
- Experience sales, customer services or call centres
- Sound oral, written, communication skills
- Ability to use computers, Microsoft package and quickly learn new systems
- Commitment to assisting in meeting relevant branch targets and Key Performance Indicators
