The Role We're on the lookout for a Bookings Consultant to join this growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience as a medical receptionist, hotel booking coordinator, or a similar customer-focused position.
As a key point of contact for new customers, you will coordinate telephone based interview bookings, ensure seamless communication, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.

The Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for new customers, efficiently scheduling interview appointments.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, friendly tone in all interactions.
Manage diaries and bookings while coordinating with internal teams to meet service expectations.
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team, sharing ideas and contributing to process improvements.
About You Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as a medical receptionist or hotel booking coordinator.
Strong phone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
