The Culture and Wellbeing Consultant is responsible for providing strategic workforce and project advice and undertaking activities on a range of Culture and Wellbeing projects that support the implementation of the One Health Culture Program.

The role: The Culture and Wellbeing Consultant is responsible for providing strategic workforce and project advice and undertaking activities on a range of Culture and Wellbeing projects that support the implementation of the One Health Culture Program.
Identify, develop, and implement projects and strategic activities designed to support the One Health Culture Program and the Department's strategic workforce activities.

Support state-wide Culture and Wellbeing workshop facilitation activities across the entire One Health Program portfolio, including design and delivery where required.

Research, design, and develop evidence-based, context-relevant materials, resources and education to support Culture and Wellbeing related projects and initiatives, with a focus on providing engaging, dynamic and contemporary learning for the workforce.Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.
The Culture and Wellbeing team: We have created something unique at the Department of Health that we are really proud of, and we are excited to be expanding our team. The Culture and Wellbeing team sits within a newly transformed People and Culture branch, working to support our organisation in living our purpose to care for the health and wellbeing of all in Tasmania. Working within the Culture and Wellbeing team will allow you to use your skills across our three key functions of project management, content development and workforce engagement. You will work as part of a dynamic team that prioritises collaboration and flexibility to ensure we are meeting shifting priorities in a complex environment.
Details of Appointment Multiple Permanent full time, day workerpositions working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.Salary:$104,756 - $118,730per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance withPublic Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
Previous experience and/or qualification in human resources, organisational development, social sciences, education and training, or a related field.
