We are proud of our collaborative, fun and high-performance culture.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced CRM or Data Specialist to manage our Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge platform and support our fundraising, marketing, and planning efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the system functions smoothly for staff, optimizing processes, generating reports and lists, and supporting various teams with their CRM and data needs. The role will involve managing analytics and preparing clean, actionable data for fundraising events and campaigns. The day to day will consist of a mix of regular repeating data tasks, maintenance and support, and involvement in some transformational projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge platform is fully optimized and functioning effectively for staff use, with minimal downtime.Generate reports, set up and maintain analytics, and provide insights to support organizational decision-making.Manage Blackbaud and related processes across teams, including Fundraising, Marketing, and Accounts Receivable, ensuring system workflows meet their needs.Prepare lists for events and campaigns, clean and validate data, and maintain queues and queries to support reporting and list generation.Work closely with the Fundraising and Marketing teams to support donor tracking, campaign management, and list preparation.Assist with requests to generate ad hoc reports and data insights for strategic decision-making.Manage integrations with third-party software, including email marketing tools, and ensure seamless data exports to MS Access for further analysis.Provide ongoing training and support to staff on best practices in CRM usage and data integrity.Lead efforts to clean and maintain accurate donor data and track fundraising outcomes.Create and maintain system and process documentation.Assist with management and support of other systems, especially SharePoint.Required Skills and ExperienceAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge or similar CRM.Strong understanding of data management, query building, and report generation.Experience in preparing clean data sets and maintaining reporting structures.Familiarity with data exports and manipulations using tools like MS Access.Experience managing CRM integrations, especially with email marketing software.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-departmentally.Preferred Experience3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor management, or working in a nonprofit environment.Familiarity with nonprofit compliance and data privacy regulations.Experience in training staff and driving user adoption of CRMs and other systems.Proficiency in MS Access, Power BI, MS Power Apps, SharePoint, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.Education and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Relevant data analysis or CRM certifications (e.g., Blackbaud certification) are a plus.To apply: Please submit your resume with a covering letter stating why you would be a great fit for this role and our team.Please note: You must have full working rights in Australia and be based in the greater Sydney area.
