About your new job:

Working in an end-to-end role your responsibilities will include:

Managing a ledger of approximately 500 active accountsBank reconciliationsDaily allocation of paymentsHandling customer inquiries and processing credit claimsFollowing up on outstanding/overdue invoicesAssist with opening new accountsFocus on continuous improvement of processes and proceduresAssisting and working closely with salesEnsure lines of communication are open and transparent with other departments and branchesAd-hoc administrative tasks as required
About you:

You will have a background in Credit / Accounts Receivable and ideally exposure to the following:
Background within a fast-paced environmentManufacturing and Distribution industries - highly regardedProven track record in maintaining strong relationshipsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExposure to large ERP Systems
