The Challenge
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leading a team of 7, whilst providing effective leadership and direction to the credit team.Streamlining credit procedures to improve processes and continue the development of the customer and AR systems.Maintaining PPSR controls, credit application processes and controls, in addition to upholding debt collection relationships.Supporting workplace compliance to promote a safe and enjoyable working environment.The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
5+ years credit, AR and collections management experience.Experience leading and developing small to large teams whilst being a hands-on manager.Experience leading system upgrades and the continual improvements in process efficiencies.High-level organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities, manage variable workloads and meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The Next Step
