This job offer is not available in your country.Part time 3 days a week, based in Sydney CBD.Flexible work hours and WFH available.Perfect for parents returning to work.Your primary role is the assessment and evaluation of loan applications to ensure they align with lending policies and requirements.You'll work closely with brokers, lenders, and the in-house lending team, conducting thorough credit assessments and providing recommendations to help clients secure the best financial solutions.Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and clear communication will be essential in ensuring successful outcomes for both our clients and the business.You'll thrive in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment, where your contributions are highly valued, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals committed to delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities :Provide comprehensive support to mortgage brokers, ensuring smooth loan application processing from submission to settlement.Use lenders' servicing calculators to assess clients' borrowing capacities and ensure loan submissions meet the required policies.Assist brokers in preparing loan documents and liaise with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.Work closely with various lenders / BDMs, workshopping different loan scenarios, ensuring smooth communication, and resolving any issues arising during the loan process.Compliance & Quality Assurance :Ensure all loan submissions meet company and regulatory standards, adhering to compliance requirements throughout the process.Administrative Support :Handle administrative tasks related to loan submissions and broker support, ensuring efficient workflow and organization across all processes.About You and Your Experience :A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on mortgage lending processes.Preferred but not essential - experience with Self Employed Clients / SMSF / Trust Loans.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a customer-centric mindset.Strong knowledge of lender policies, loan products, and credit standards.Proficiency in CRM software (MyCRM, AOL & Quickli) with the ability to manage multiple workflows effectively.Experience with various lenders' servicing calculators to assess clients' borrowing capacities.
