BAA includes two RTO's: House of Learning Pty Ltd trading as Builders Academy Australia (National RTO Code 21583) & City-Wide Building & Training Services Pty LTD trading as CWBTS (National RTO Code 91138). With close to 4000 active students, BAA & CWBTS deliver pre-apprenticeships through to Advanced Diploma level qualifications across 4 Australian states to both domestic and international students.
About the role: As aCourse Advisor your main focus is to provide details of study options to help prospective students make an informed decision on which qualification will best help them meet their aspirations. Leads are warm and will have been received inbound via various sources (social media, email, website, and phone) and success will be measured via successful student registrations.
This role is primarily phone based and will be working from Head office based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
Key Tasks include: Manage inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiries; Provide accurate enrolment advice to prospective students nationally; Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs; Provide eligibility advice and conduct eligibility assessments based on funded trainingopportunities; Assist with the preparation of key enrolment documentation; Accurate and efficient use of systems: Salesforce and VETenrol; Maximizing lead conversion by implementing strategies to ensure effective lead management; Ensure the accurate management of the student database. About you: We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a commitment to ensuring best practice customer experience in an industry leading RTO. This role will suit those who have previous call centre and sales experience in a customer focused environment.
It will be important that the successful applicant can create and foster close working relationships with all key staff within the team.To do this they will be a good communicator, energetic approach and have a 'can-do' attitude.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Strong sales and/or customer service experience, including a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets/KPIs; Proven ability to effectively work in a call centre/tele-sales environment, preferably within the VET sector; Able to effectively engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders; Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with a diverse client group; Professional written and verbal communication skills; Previous experience using the Microsoft Office Suite; Previous experience using a sales/CRM software such as SalesForce (preferred).
