Hays is currently recruiting for a Local Government department in Western Suburbs. This organisation is dedicated to providing valued services to the community. The team is looking for a Council Liaison Officer to join the well-established team immediately on a temporary contract.
Your new role
As a Council Liaison Officer, you will be an integral part of the Councillor Support Team, responsible for efficiently and effectively managing communication and service standards between Elected Representatives, the community, and the organisation. In this role, you will interact directly with external council customers daily, making professional, high-level customer service skills highly desirable. Maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality during all interactions and liaisons related to Council operations and business is essential.
