Alongside other specialists in the team, you will advise on:
Takeovers;Joint Ventures;Regulated and Off-market Corporate M&A;IPOs and other Capital Raisings;Back Door Listings;Corporate Advisory;Corporate Governance;Listings on the ASX, NSX, AIM, HKSE, BSE, and TSX among others.CANDIDATE: You will have a minimum of 4 years' post-admission experience in Corporate M&A. You will be eager to advance your career, currently positioned at an Associate level or early Senior Associate level.
