Corporate Sales Specialist

We have 4 newly created opportunities available for an enthusiastic and driven Corporate Sales Specialists (CSS) to join our high performing and collaborative team.
As the CSS, you will play a key role in delivering targeted incremental sales growth for our Corporate Portfolio. Please note that we have 4 opportunities available across VIC, NSW, QLD and WA.
Reporting into the Head of Voluntary Corporate Health Partnerships, this role will be an extension of our Corporate Team who deliver B2B sales.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Delivering a high standard of Workplace Engagement through Health activations, Expos, 1/1's, Presentations, proactively promoting LiveBetter and its benefits along with highlighting our member health programs.Effective collaboration with State & Regional Corporate Health Partnership Managers to source new business development opportunities in their region through outbound cold calling and improve the effectiveness of existing corporate relationships.Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate continued growth for Medibank. Role model high performance in sales and service by overdelivering on individual performance objectives.Utilize Salesforce to capture all B2C Interactions (leads, opportunities, Cover reviews, etc.) and outcome and follow up all opportunities.Leverage existing/new relationships and networks to identify future business development opportunities.Leverage marketing and support lead generation efforts driven by campaigns, direct mail, tradeshows, social media, face-to-face events, and webinars to engage prospects in discussions about Medibank's Employee Value Proposition.About you:To be successful as the CSS, you will come with extensive experience within a similar role and B2C experience will be essential.
You will be a go-getter, proactive in your approach and able to influence. Strong communication skills and an eye for detail will be required for this role.
You will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively with the team and leverage leads provided by the broader team.
Strong internal and external stakeholder skills along with a focus and passion for health and well-being will be imperative for this role.
