Seeking a well presented, bubbly individual to join a Financial Services company as a Corporate Receptionist.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has come from a hospitality background who is seeking their first full-time in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the office's meeting rooms by ensuring all equipment and water station and technology is set up prior to meetings  Welcoming any guests and clients that come through  Answering any inbound enquiries and re-directing the call to relevant parties Calendar Management for meeting rooms  Assist the office coordinator in executing office events  About You Excellent customer service skills (hospitality background highly regarded)  No Corporate or Financial experience required for this role  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Proactive and eager to learn High school diploma or equivalent.
