About the role Due to business growth we have this newly created full time permanent position with hybrid work environment based in North Ryde, NSW, Hamilton, NSW or Parkville, VIC.
We are also happy to consider applicants from other metro or regional areas where we have an office.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: Strengthening existing relationships and nurturing new partnerships with organisations to support Dementia Australia.
Securing sponsorships for key events like Memory Walk & Jog, as well as campaigns, programs, and services.
Presenting to decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of supporting Dementia Australia.
Maximising potential by converting prospects into lasting partnerships through strategic initiatives.
Developing customised engagement strategies, collaborating with Marketing to create impactful pitch materials.
Adapting to partner needs with top-tier customer care, ensuring alignment with Dementia Australia's values.
Offering new and exciting opportunities for corporates to engage with us in a way that suits their brand and goals, via a range of new campaigns and initiatives.
Achieving set revenue targets.

About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following: 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
