Brand name clients + challenging work + mentorship from leading practitioners Dynamic + growing national firm Good mix of challenging corporate and commercial matters Low billable hours + strong bonus scheme Our client is a dynamic and upmarket boutique national law firm which is seeking a quality 2-5 PQE commercial lawyer to join their growing Melbourne office.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up in shaping the Melbourne presence of this firm, while working alongside leading practitioners across Australia.
This role will see you working closely with senior lawyers, who love to mentor, on challenging and complex commercial transactions for brand name clients including mergers & acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements, compliance and governance, privacy matters, restructures, and business sales and purchases.
To be successful in this role you will possess sound legal and commercial acumen, enjoy dealing with clients face to face and be willing to step up and take on a meaningful role in shaping the culture and future of a new office.
