This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Boardroom Waiter to join a strong and passionate team. As part of the Corporate Services team, the objectives of the Client Services team are to support the lawyers and staff to consolidate the Firm's position as top tier.
Your Role
Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, you will have 'hands on' involvement with all tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Deliver impeccable waiter service for a variety of events, from formal dining to casual seminars.
Work closely with our Client Services team to tailor event experiences to the highest standard.
Ensure that boardrooms are set up and packed down according to specific requirements.
Provide excellent customer service, making every interaction with clients and colleagues a positive one.
Craft high-quality beverage experiences, including barista-level coffee service.
Use key Client Services technology tools to manage workflows on the Client floor, including room booking systems (EMS), MS Teams, and Outlook.
Set up in-room AV requirements, offer support, and understand when to escalate (training will be provided).
More about you
We are seeking applications from candidates who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a high-quality experience to our clients. The successful candidate will also possess the following:
At least three years of experience in hospitality, ideally with backgrounds in fine dining, banqueting, or corporate hospitality.
A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively.
An ability to remain calm under pressure and easily adapt to last-minute changes.
Clear and concise communication abilities.
RSA Certification (or the willingness to obtain).
