Current Opportunity Senex is on a growth path that is requiring new corporate systems and capabilities that the Digital team are delivering and supporting for the organisation.
To enable this progress, the Corporate Applications Lead will work with internal business and digital stakeholders as well as external support teams to support, extend and improve a range of modern corporate applications.
Senex use a range of corporate systems, with the SAP S/4HANA as the core financial and procurement solution which will be the primary system focus of your role supporting the business.
Your work in this role will be crucial in assisting the business teams to identify and resolve system and data issues, along with delivering improvements and changes to ensure the key systems continue to meet the business needs.
This role requires a professional with a broad understanding of SAP modules, excellent communication skills, and a structured and proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Other accountabilities are: Apply your SAP S/4 HANA financial systems knowledge to working with the Finance, Projects, and Procurement teams to ensure the SAP solution is optimised and issues and changes are resolved expediently Work with external software support organisations to optimise the support model and outcomes Lead the improvement, enablement and adoption of corporate enterprise-wide applications Assist with requirements analysis, selection and delivery of new systems Work with other Digital specialists such as enterprise architects, data and analytics specialists, technology and cyber teams to support business systems About You You enjoy working within a small dynamic multi-disciplinary IT team and engaging with business and technical stakeholders to support corporate and enterprise systems.

You will use your excellent communication and analytical skills to support, enhance and deliver key corporate solutions.
Required - To be successful in this role: Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA application support, with experience across a range of modules and deep experience supporting specifically Finance modules Experience with supplementary SAP capabilities, including Business Technology Platform, Reporting, and reviewing and assigning SAP user accounts and roles Experience in developing FAQs/QRG's and procedures to assist users in troubleshooting and resolving common issues Experience working with business stakeholders in reviewing and analysing business needs and assessing new or existing business solutions Highly organised, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with a problem-solving mindset Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies and risk Excellent verbal and communication skills, as well as client service skills Preferred - Skills and experience that are beneficial for the role: Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (technology, computer science, engineering, business) Experience with business and/or systems analysis on several projects.
