We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join the Office of General Counsel (OGC) team. As a member of the team, you will work across a broad range of commercial matters, covering governance, corporate advisory, partnership, procurement, intellectual property and data management matters. You will provide legal advice relating to compliance with a broad spectrum of laws and contractual obligations that impact PwC.

As a Commercial Lawyer in our Office of General Counsel, your impact will be seen by:
Assisting with legal analysis and providing clear, plain English advice to management on governance, commercial arrangements and legal obligations.
Working closely with PwC's risk and compliance teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Providing focused and pragmatic solutions to address legal risks and business problems.
About You: You should have a minimum of 6 PQE.
You have experience working within teams of lawyers, supporting and consulting senior lawyers.
You have experience and confidence in dealing with and assisting senior management (both in written and verbal communications), including an ability to draft clear and precise legal documents and communications.
You have strong technical knowledge in one or more areas of commercial law.
You have excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and influence with impact.
You have the ability to identify and consider critical and key issues, assess and articulate legal risks (including likelihood and impact) so the business can make informed, risk-based commercial decisions.
You have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow expectations in line with business requirements.
