About the Role As a Core Partner Development Manager (PDM), you'll play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators across Australia and New Zealand.
This strategic role involves:
Partnering with executive teams to explore market opportunities and drive mutual growth.Managing a portfolio of high-potential partners and helping them grow their business through tailored go-to-market strategies.Collaborating across HubSpot's teams to scale partnership programs, co-create initiatives, and share best practices.Expanding HubSpot's partner ecosystem in ANZ with a strong focus on long-term value and shared success.Whether you're based in the city, the coast, or the outback, we're looking for someone who brings a proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and a passion for partnerships.
In This Role, You'll: Lead a portfolio of 20–50 high-potential partners and co-develop strategies to exceed shared sales targets.Cultivate executive-level relationships to position HubSpot as a trusted partner in your portfolio's business model.Co-create and execute comprehensive partner strategies to grow revenue, expand market presence, and deepen customer impact.Introduce and implement scalable initiatives, toolkits, and playbooks that enable partners to thrive.Champion HubSpot's solutions by driving enablement, co-marketing, joint selling, and more.Act as a bridge between partners and our internal teams – providing feedback, sharing insights, and driving innovation.Be a partner advocate and internal ambassador, ensuring the voice of the partner is heard at every level.
