This role is based in our wonderful Sydney offices in Surry Hills. A Day in the Life Develop and execute creative concepts, campaigns, and copy across various mediums, including print, digital, social media, and more. Pitch innovative and compelling ideas to the creative team and clients, effectively communicating the concept and strategy. Collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers, art directors, and other copywriters, to bring concepts to life Conduct thorough research to understand client objectives, target audiences, and industry trends to develop effective and engaging copy. Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional quality work. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior copywriters, fostering their growth and development. How will we know you are the one? Exceptional Writing Skills: Your ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and impactful copy will be evident through your exceptional writing skills. We'll be looking for evidence of your mastery of language, storytelling techniques, and the ability to adapt your writing style to various mediums and target audiences. Strategic Thinking: As a Copywriter, we'll expect you to think strategically and align your copy with overall brand strategies and campaign objectives. Your understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes will enable you to develop copy that resonates with the target audience and drives results. Creativity and Innovation: We'll be looking for your ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table. Your capacity to develop innovative concepts, unique angles, and compelling narratives will set you apart. Showcasing your ability to push creative boundaries and deliver captivating copy that exceeds expectations will be highly valued. Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail, grammar, and proofreading will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of your copy. We'll be looking for candidates who consistently deliver error-free and polished work, reflecting a commitment to excellence.
