ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Generate original, fresh and innovative ideas in a creative partnership to develop and execute creative that meet the client brief and exceeds expectations Develop and execute ideas across various communication channels, formats and multiple touch points ensuring visual consistency, quality, freshness and alignment Push the craft of writing and explore a fresh tone of voice for our clients Collaborate with Strategy, Tech & Account teams in order to find new ways to collide creativity & technology Take an active role in our Creative Council sessions and adopting a pro-active mindset with every new brief Push work to be of a standard that receives accolades around the world
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Experience in an advertising environment A portfolio of creative work that showcases outstanding campaigns and projects of varying nature Strong presentation skills and the confidence to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally Resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines Abreast with latest advertising and creative trends, techniques and new developments. A solid awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms An innovative approach to the media and the ways in which advertising is carried out Above all, you are someone who is passionate, fearless and relentless with ideas. You embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking through a strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy alongside a desire to grow with the company
