Murray Primary Health Network – Albury NSW

As a not-for-profit organisation, and one of six Primary Health Networks (PHNs) in Victoria and 31 across Australia, we work with rural and regional services and national agencies to support health reform, develop locally relevant models of care, workforce solutions, and to pilot innovative programs.
Our focus is commissioning primary healthcare services that are accessible, high-quality, culturally responsive, sustainable, and importantly meet population needs and prevent disease.
The opportunity: In this role, you will strengthen the primary healthcare workforce across the Murray PHN region by coordinating professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, webinars, and forums, aligned with healthcare priorities and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities: Assessing CPD needs to identify gaps and shape the development calendar. Coordinating all stages of activities, from planning to reporting. Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical colleges, PHNs, and health services. About you: To be successful in this role you will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in events, projects, business management or health-related field and/or approximately 5 years of experience. Proven experience coordinating in-person and online professional development events. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders positively. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects. How to apply: Please submit a resume and cover letter detailing your suitability for the role.
