About the Role This is your chance to play a key role in shaping and continuously improving Council's recruitment strategy.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, guiding and inspiring your recruitment team to position Council as an employer of choice.
What We Offer : Competitive Salary and Benefits : Earn between $91,002.71 - $97,075.32 gross per annum, with 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation. Full-Time Stability : This is a permanent, full-time role based in the beautiful Toowoomba CBD. Convenience at Your Doorstep : Enjoy the perks of free CBD parking.
