They are to provide general leadership support, guidance and communicate service delivery needs in line with organizational values and behaviors.
The Coordinator will oversee and enhance the team's performance by managing the common relationship between employees and the organization so that each is successful.

General Conditions of Employment Position Title: Coordinator Mechanical Workshop
Employment Terms: Permanent full-time
Working Pattern: 9-day fortnight
Total Remuneration: $93,282 - $106,239 (includes superannuation)
Base Salary: $80,939 - $92,182
Superannuation: Employer contribution of 15.25%
