Permanent Full Time position available (9 day fortnight)
Tertiary qualifications to Bachelor Standard in business, marketing or other relevant tertiary study.
LGO7 ($103,497- $109,840 per annum + superannuation) based on skills, qualifications and experience.

About the Role
The role will be responsible for the development and management of Council's community grants and partnership programs, with a focus on best practice grant making and administration for the benefit of community organisations and the Townsville community. This includes but is not limited to community grants and partnership programs and Regional Arts Development Fund in collaboration with Arts Queensland.
This position is a people and relationship focused role, that will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver grant making and grants administration for the benefit of the Townsville community.
About You
Our ideal applicant will have excellent consultation, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in developing and managing positive professional relationships and influencing with integrity.
The ability to provide high level relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders, encompassing State and Federal government representatives, and Townsville community including community, sport and recreation, and arts and cultural organisations.
