Cook - Nutritional Leader

Piptree Early Learning Centre in Mount Gravatt East is seeking an experienced cook who is passionate about preparing fresh and wholesome meals for children. This is a permanent part-time role, working Monday to Friday between 7:30 am to 2:00 pm (negotiable).The successful applicant will:Have experience and passion for cooking healthy and nutritious mealsHave completed relevant vocational qualifications in commercial cookery and have a current Working With Children's CheckBe experienced in developing a healthy and nutritious rotating menu for children, including children with allergies and intolerancesBe reliable, motivated and enthusiastic centre Chef/CookHave great time management skills and be confident managing a kitchenYou will be responsible for:Preparing healthy & nutritious meals on time for morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for babies and children each day, including the preparation of purees and special diet mealsOrdering food supplies in line with menus and within service budgetIf you are passionate about children's health and love cooking, then we would love to hear from you.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?#J-18808-Ljbffr
