Support and train your team to become the next kitchen superstars! Requirements Possess formal culinary training or relevant experience that showcases your mastery of the kitchen arts. Exhibit exceptional time management skills, ensuring efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders. Possess a thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset. Embrace teamwork and collaboration, working harmoniously with FOH and BOH team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Have the physical endurance to handle the demands of a busy kitchen, standing for long periods and handling heavy equipment. At least two years experience as a Cook. Cert III in Catering or similar. The salary expectations for this role is $68,000-$78,000 per annum.
