About the Role
We are currently looking for passionate, motivated and experienced Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team on a casual basis.
Our kitchen team supports separate outlets within the hotel, Conference & Events, Boathouse Restaurant and Bar, in addition to room service orders.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Cook / Chef will be responsible for assisting with the daily tasks of kitchen operations.
The role will provide essential support to the Executive Chef and kitchen team with menu development, managing costs and driving revenue.

Skills & Experience
An extremely high standard of food preparation, presentation and service.
Flexibility to work as required across multiple kitchens with a variety of shifts in a 24/7 operation.
Excellent grooming and presentation.
Must have current Australian working rights to apply.
