Conveyancing Clerk

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced residential conveyancing clerk to join their busy property law team.
Their firm is client focused and prides itself on delivering excellent legal and conveyancing services to all of their clients.
Responsibilities will include:Managing all aspects of residential conveyancing;Conducting property searches;Preparing contracts;Liaising with clients, agents and financial institutions;Managing exchange of contracts and property settlements.Qualifications:Experience in conveyancing is highly desirable although not essential.
