This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to join one of Sydney's leading digital marketing agencies. As CRO Manager, you'll champion conversion rate optimisation and digital marketing as a whole to deliver best of class solutions to our clients and grow our offering. You’ll lead a team that researches, plans and helps implement digital marketing programmes that demonstrably improve customer experiences and deliver positive business outcomes. Your work will involve a deep understanding of customer needs and business opportunities, underpinned by your knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research, website and campaign analytics and digital marketing campaign tactics.
You’ll manage campaigns through innovative, market-leading platforms. And you’ll work closely with our experienced team of data marketing specialists, as well as partner with clients and other AKQA specialists in strategy, content, creative, development and design.

Lead CRO projects from research, wireframing, testing and insight development to briefing implementations.
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
Excellent strategic and technical knowledge, with 3+ years' experience delivering impactful CRO strategies
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate how you've made a measurable difference to an organisation, project or team.
Previous experience of improving website UX and conversion rate, working with multiple external and agency stakeholders.
The ability to effectively drive new business opportunities from identification to conversion, including presenting autonomously at senior levels.
A positive, 'can do' attitude and a passion for doing great work that works.
Previous experience with research tools (HotJar, CrazyEgg, etc.) and A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target etc.).
