Contracts Specialist (Pre Construction) – Tier 1 Building Services Contractor Western Sydney Company National building services contractor who work with major builders on projects across commercial, healthcare, retail, data centre, infrastructure and defence sectors.
Currently involved in several of the major projects across Australia within the infrastructure, commercial and healthcare sectors, this award-winning business have gone through a strategic development and implementation for their processes and risk management procedures over the past 2 years.
Position Reporting into the senior contracts specialist for the business you will assist and work on reviewing of contracts for risk and suitable preferred terms.
The role will see you work with multiple internal stakeholders such as project managers, project directors and construction managers across all departments on large bids and variations to works.
You To be successful we will consider a contracts specialist with 1 – 4 years' experience or an experienced site manager / project manager looking to move into an office position.
You will also demonstrate; Degree qualified in commercial or construction discipline Experience in reviewing construction contracts Building services contractor experience (desirable) Builder, civil and cost consultancy experience (will also be considered) Attention to detail Work with multiple stakeholders Benefits This is an exciting opportunity for either a contracts specilaist with 1 – 4 years' experience in the construction industry or someone that has been on site for most of their career and is looking for a slower paced office role.
