We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the West Region Delivery Team (WRDT). The West Region Delivery Team consortium comprises of Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure, Fulton Hogan, Programmed, Stantec and Atlas.The West Region Delivery Team are delivering design, construction, maintenance and facility management services for the next 10 years across Sydney Water's wastewater, water and recycled water systems extending from Sydney's inner west suburbs out to the Blue Mountains including Sydney Growth Area and part of the North West Growth Centre.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a talented and experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team. As the Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the financial, contractual, and operational success of multiple projects across the program.You will work collaboratively with our commercial, project, and management teams to provide comprehensive commercial and contract management support, managing both upstream and downstream activities to ensure alignment with overall program objectives and commercial management strategies.This role will be based in our new operations center at Sydney Olympic Park.What you'll bring to the teamYou will be an experienced Contracts Manager with relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Law, Quantity Surveying or related field.You will have extensive experience working on large scale water infrastructure projects, such as water treatment plants, pipelines and other linear infrastructure.Along with your experience navigating complex contracts for major infrastructure projects you will thrive in a role where you can use your commercial resolution, influencing and negotiation skills.You are an experienced leader with a strong commitment to developing and mentoring your team.NEC 4 experience will be highly regarded.Why you should work with usOur people are what make us successful, and we make sure that this is the kind of place where great people enjoy working for the long term.We have a range of employee benefits, where employees share in the benefits of the projects they have helped to deliver.When we deliver winning projects, we celebrate success together!Additionally, you will be part of a long-term framework contract, with a 10-year construction project pipeline worth approximately $2bn in Western Sydney and the opportunity to work on significant and impactful projects in the region.If this sounds like you APPLY NOW or call Hayley Urriola for more information.Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check, Company Medical, and Drug & Alcohol Screening prior to commencement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
