Contracts Coordinator

Are you skilled in contract administration and compliance? WQPHN seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator to drive effective service provider contract administration across Western Queensland.About the RoleOversee contract compliance and reporting for commissioned service providers.Manage the Open Windows Contract Management System, ensuring all contract documentation, invoicing, and reporting milestones are met.Support contract procurement activities, pre-qualifications, and tendering processes.Maintain strong relationships with service providers and contractors to ensure smooth contract execution.Provide regular compliance reports to support organisational contract requirements.The Right PersonTertiary qualifications or relevant experience in contract management, ideally within a health funding / commissioning setting.Proficiency in preparing clear business communications, including reports, budgets, and correspondence.Strong self-management skills, capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision in a dispersed team.Excellent relationship-building skills, including negotiation and training abilities.High-level expertise in Microsoft Office (SharePoint) and Open Windows, with a knack for learning new systems.Ideally, this critical role will be based within the WQPHN region in Longreach, Mount Isa, Winton or Roma; however, applicants are welcome to apply from across the state.Hybrid work-from-home arrangements also apply.
