Your new role
As the Contracts Administrator, you will oversee the acquisition of workforce and subcontractor services, as well as financial operations, with a focus on optimising cash flow, maximising profits, managing changes, and handling reporting and administrative tasks. Your new role
As the Contracts Administrator, you will oversee the acquisition of workforce and subcontractor services, as well as financial operations, with a focus on optimising cash flow, maximising profits, managing changes, and handling reporting and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the accurate documentation of financial activities, including variations, profit projections, and compliance reportingEfficiently managing the procurement process for subcontractorsSupervising commercial contractsFacilitate deposit management, including coordination with solicitors/builders, payment arrangements, refunds, and client updates.What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have substantial practical experience with property development, commercial or residential construction projects exceeding $10 million. A solid understanding of subcontractor management and extensive knowledge of commercial contracts are essential. Key attributes include:
