This next rollout of projects is all around the $10 - $20m range and you will have the assistance of an experienced Project Manager and Senior Co-Ordinator to help your development.

As a Contract Administrator, you will have: Degree qualifications in construction management or currently studying Minimum 1 year of contracts administrator experience with a reputable company Experience in procuring trades and negotiating terms Some knowledge of the South East QLD construction market Ability to let a package of works This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well-established team on a variety of projects throughout Australia. This builder also has a long-term outlook and wants to promote from within, so career opportunities will be available in the future.
