Contracts Administrator

One of Brisbane's leading mid-tier construction companies is now accepting applications from Brisbane-based Contracts Administrators.
Intro Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join an existing team to deliver a newly won education project worth $10m.
This construction company is well known for their ability to retain and develop their staff, and they have a number of non-monetary incentives to encourage that retention which are unique to them. They can offer career advancement and perform annual performance and salary reviews.
This construction company delivers a wide range of projects and has offices in other states around the country, but Queensland has been a star performer for them for a long time. As far as the projects are concerned, they tend to stick between $10m - $50m; however, they are capable of larger projects and are typically either state or federally funded or aligned with a large institution. Hence, your ability to build relationships and deal with key stakeholders is key to your success here.
You will have experience delivering similar commercial projects as a Contracts Administrator, and you will have the ability to write your own scopes, RFI's, and ITP's (ideally). You will be great at building relationships with subbies, consultants, and clients.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will have: Ideally tertiary qualifications
Min 2-5+ years CA experience with a reputable company
Project experience over $2m
Jobpac experience will be looked upon favourably but is not essential
