We have worked closely with this company over the past 2 years, placing junior through to executive level candidates. They have a significant pipeline of work with multiple new projects set to roll out in the coming months.
Your New Role
As CA you will play a pivotal role in the project delivery for this company's current townhouse and apartment projects. There are several new projects set to kick off in the coming months, which has provided these new opportunities. You will work closely with other CA' s in the business, as well as Project Managers and the Commercial Manager. There are multiple positions available, so Junior through to Senior CA's who are interested in a change are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Need to Succeed Experience CA with a Head Contractor – multi-res experience is highly desirable, though new build experience $5m+ is essential.Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management. Strong communication skills, and a proactive mind-set. What You'll Get in Return Salary range is quite broad depending on experience, though for intermediate to senior level candidates a range of $120k - $160k is on offer.Clear progression as a CA, whether you want to move more towards PM or Contracts Management down the line, they've got you covered.Great mentors and a solid team to learn and grow with.
