Contracts Administrator - Health & Gov Projects Our successful client seeks a driven Contracts Administrator to join their team, ensuring the delivery of multi-million dollar commercial projects within QLD.
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator with aspirations to advance into Project Management or Contracts Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Scope of Works, payment schedules, project and financial reporting Liaising with the Project team Cash flow forecasting and accurate cost code maintenance Maintaining formal notices and key correspondence Sub-contractor liaison and management Keeping a register of suppliers and sub-contractors Interpreting plans and specifications to understand the project's full scope of works Ensuring compliance and quality standards are met Processing progress claims Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent 1-3 years of Contracts Administration experience with a Head Contractor in the commercial sector in QLD Exposure to multi-million $ commercial new builds locally Proficiency in Procore Must be Brisbane based Project Engineer experience is an advantage Benefits:
