Contracts Administrator - $40m Supermarket ProjectJoin our client as their newest Contract Administrator! Our client is a leading Tier 3 commercial builder renowned for delivering high-quality projects valued between $10m - $50 million across commercial, residential, retail, medical, childcare centres and fit-out sectors.As a CA, you will be primarily based out of our clients' inner eastern office (5km from Melbourne CBD) working alongside the Senior Project Manager. The project site is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the head office, however, site visits will only be expected approximately once a week (varying based on project stage).About the Project:Dive straight into a $40 million redevelopment and new build project located in Melbourne's inner north. This high-profile project will involve a new build supermarket, as well as a 2-story building and basement carpark. The project is expected to run until February 2026, offering substantial job security in this uncertain job market.Having recently commenced the demolition phase, this project requires a CA who is experienced in commercial, preferably within supermarket builds and can hit the ground running.Qualifications and Experience:Must have proven and stable experience as a Contract Administrator in the Commercial sector, ideally with experience on supermarket projects or commercial projects valued up to $30m.Strong understanding of contract management, construction costs, and tender processes.Experience using Cheops and Procore or similar software.Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a focus on supplier and subcontractor relationships.Salary and Benefits:Competitive salary package ranging from $120,000 - $150,000, inclusive of super, depending on experience and qualifications.Job security with a long-term project timeline and a healthy pipeline of projects.Emphasised internal promotions within the company and opportunities for career advancement into Project Management.Please note that due to a high volume of applications, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
