Marwill Pty Ltd We are seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Administrator to join our dedicated team in Julia Creek, QLD.
This is a full-time ongoing position, offering 38 hours per week and the opportunity to contribute to a reputable and thriving business.
About Us Established in 1996, Marwill Pty Ltd is a leading electrical and refrigeration contracting business serving the Julia Creek area.
Our clients include State and Local Government agencies such as Building Asset Services, North West Hospital & Health Services, Queensland Rail, Ergon, McKinlay Shire Council, and neighbouring Councils.
We also provide services to Telstra and its major subcontractors, along with private and commercial enterprises such as Acton Land and Cattle, AA Company, and Stanbroke Pastoral Company.
Additionally, Marwill has established strong relationships with prominent building companies like JCK Contractors, Tim Wilson's Carpentry, Richardson's Building Services, Gibbons Constructions, and Auzscot Civil.

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration.
Your responsibilities will include: ·        Lead the development, evaluation, and modification of contracts & projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Manage all paperwork associated with contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Address and resolve inquiries and issues related to contracts, projects, and services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Provide strategic advice to senior management on key contractual matters and implement decisions to promote project progress and integrity.
Renewing and updating existing contracts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintain up-to-date records of all contracts and agreements.
Overseeing work and reporting on variations to work orders.
Interpreting contract requirements and communicating terms and conditions to stakeholders to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to reduce risk and maximize contract value.
Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on contract status, variations, and project progress.
Skills & Experience – What We're Looking For: Minimum Diploma qualification in Project/ Construction Management or a related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications; Minimum 2 years of proven experience in contract management or a related administrative role.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
